Introduction
Creditgate.com launched in May 2005 the World’s first WAP enabled company
information and credit checking tool at mobile.creditgate.com
This tool has been devised to make simple the company and credit validation
of new and existing customers from any location in the world. This will enable
your company to take the first initial steps in fraud prevention and company
validation using the latest in mobile technology.
It is now possible to purchase and view company profiles, credit profiles,
director profiles and creditgate.com’s own unique business profile report
that summarises key company and financial information direct to your handset,
using our business and director search functions.
How do I get started?
Although you are able to carry out business and director searches free on your
WAP enabled mobile phone at mobile.creditgate.com, it will
be necessary for you to register for free online at www.creditgate.com before
you are
able to log in and purchase
reports.
How do I purchase a report?
After logging in and searching either a company or director, select the report
you wish to purchase. This report will then be made available to you immediately
in your download area marked My Reports. You can return to your reports at
any time. They are also available within your download area on the Creditgate.com
website.

How much does this service cost?
Searching and registration is free. Charges are only applicable when a report
has been purchased. This will be charged to your online account. The appropriate
price will be shown against each report, before each purchase is made.
SMS Service
We are the only company in the UK offering instant and live mobile access to
credit and director information on all UK limited companies. This information
is available using any registered mobile phone, 24 hours a day, from any location
in the world.
Credit decisions can therefore now be made instantly by users
who are regularly out of the office, e.g. executives, sales representatives,
account
managers, etc.
How does the process work in summary?

All search requests: the company name (without the word "limited") or
the company number or the directors name (prefixed with the words "director")
should
be sent
as a text to
our incoming
SMS number:

An SMS report can then be selected by simply replying 1 or 2 or 3
or 4,
etc to
the subsequent SMS messages.
Who can use this service?
This option is available to all registered users, who have "Mobile Services" selected
(& authorised by their system administrator) and have entered a valid mobile
number (in the international format). Each time a request is made, the mobile
number, security settings and
the account credit limit are checked.
Which companies and directors can I obtain information on?
All UK Limited companies and directors. We are hoping to add information on
non-limited businesses soon.

How much does the service cost?
The standard price for all the SMS Reports are shown above (net of VAT). Thse costs will only be charged to your account when you select one of the
reports. Each SMS message we send is charged to your account at 25p. We make
no
charge to your mobile phone account, but your own mobile provider may charge
you for
each
SMS
message you send.
